The Greener Staplehurst Group has a number of cultivated and wildflower beds around the village. The Group also takes care of Wimpey Field, which is Staplehurst's very own nature conservation area. We are now looking to form a volunteer group to assist with the care and maintenance of the various sites around the village.

No experience needed. If you have a few hours a month to spare, spend time outdoors and look after the beautiful village flower beds. You may be called upon to:

  • Plant trees and plants
  • Water the beds
  • Weeding
  • Watch the pollinators enjoying the flowers

For more information or to join the group up contact Mina McPhee on 07957 460806
