Medway Valley Countryside Partnership guided wellbeing walks across Kent for those 55+ and/or those wanting to manage their mental health. there is one in Staplehurst 11th October Wimpey Fields. Although these walks are free if you want to take part you must book a place; if not enough people book the walk will not take place.
