Parish Clerk Application
Staplehurst Parish Council aims to be proactive and progressive in its approach to serving our large and expanding community. We are seeking a Parish Clerk to help deliver our objectives.
You will ideally have suitable administrative or management experience in the business, charity or public sector, together with the drive and commitment to carry out this role.
A qualification in local government administration would be desirable but we also welcome applications from those who can demonstrate relevant experience gained in other areas.
This is a full-time position (37 hrs pw), including some Monday evening meetings. Salary will depend on experience. NALC pay scales apply with range from SCP 29 – 32 £34,486 - £36,371 (national pay review pending). NEST Pension provided.
